Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 10 business days from the receipt. View our online return policy for details.

When will my return or store credit be reflected in my account?

Returns take 7 working days to process, and an email notification will be sent once completed.

Do you refund postage fees if I return something?

We don't reimburse postage fees for returns made for store credit.

What form of postage should I use for the return?

For returns, you have the following options:


1. Return by yourself: you can use your own delivery courier/ mailing/ tracked or untracked mailing service

2. Pick-up Service by VHOUSE: Our standard courier offers a door-step pick-up service for a fee of $6 per service. You just print out the REFUND PARCEL right here and stick on package. We will manage the rest for your convenience.
 

What is your return and refund policy?

Return Period:
- Customers may initiate returns within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

Return Criteria:
- Applicable to both regular priced and sale items.
- Returns must be made through mail.
- Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition, with the original clothing tag and the original zipper bag intact.
- Any free promotional gifts must also be returned with the purchased product.

Exclusions from Returns:
- Deliberately damaged items are ineligible for returns.
- Items that become defective due to customer washing, ironing, or handling.
- Products purchased from third parties or third-party platforms.

Refund Process:
- Returned items meeting the criteria will be processed as store credit equivalent to the purchase price, minus a 3 SGD restocking fee.
- Delivery fees will not be refunded.
- Store credit will expire within 12 months from the day it is credited.
