Local Shipping (Singapore)

• Couriers: Singapore Post or J&T Express
• Dispatch Time: 1-3 working days; expect an additional 2-4 days during festive/sale periods.
• Standard Courier Cost: SGD 4 for orders below SGD 60. Free for orders above SGD 60.
• Delivery Time: 1-3 working days; expect an additional 2-4 days during festive/sale periods.
• Express Delivery: Same-day delivery available at SGD 15 if you place your order before 6pm, or next-morning delivery available if you place your order after 6pm.
• Tracking: All couriers come with a tracking number which you can track yourself.

International Shipping

• Availability: Worldwide shipping, with specific country details and rates based on the respective countries.
• Taxes and Duties:
  - Subject to applicable duties and taxes.
  - Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes upon delivery.
  - Taxes & Duties are included in the final order amount for certain countries.
• Shipping fees:
  - International shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process.
  - An estimated shipping cover is generated upon entering shipping address. This estimate takes into account various factors such as destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Return Period:

• Customers may initiate returns within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

Return Criteria:

• Applicable to both regular priced and sale items.
• Returns must be made through mail.
• Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition, with the original clothing tag and the original zipper bag intact.
• Any free promotional gifts must also be returned with the purchased product.

Exclusions from Returns:

• Deliberately damaged items are ineligible for returns.
• Items that become defective due to customer washing, ironing, or handling.
• Products purchased from third parties or third-party platforms.

Refund Process:

• Returned items meeting the criteria will be processed as store credit equivalent to the purchase price, minus a 3 SGD restocking fee.
• Delivery fees will not be refunded.
• Store credit will expire within 12 months from the day it is credited.
